About this Event
In this workshop we will be exploring how stories are created and told both visually and sonically. We will begin our day by watching and listening to examples of film scenes and the music that accompanies them, to understand how sound is used to tell the story and affects the way we respond to what we are seeing.
We will then come up with our own 3 part narratives, choosing characters and environments, with guidance from different examples that we enjoy ourselves. We will then think about and plan our story as a group.
By the end we will have a 3 part story that everyone has contributed to and we will use instruments and voices to perform our soundtrack to create a multi-sensory and immersive experience for our families to enjoy.
