About this Event

What is Girls Allowed?

Girls Allowed is a safe space for girls to be active through a range of multi-sports, that engages the disengaged alongside help build physical literacy & life skills such as teamwork, resilience & communication.

Open to all girls aged 8-16!

Why…

Our approach goes beyond everyday PE sports, exposing girls to a wide array of activities beyond the conventional. This not only broadens their physical literacy but also encourages a sense of exploration and passion for sports they might not encounter in typical settings.

Our overarching goal remains to empower girls through a holistic approach, combining physical activity with valuable life skills, creating a foundation for their physical and mental well-being.

This is consistent with our goal to advocate for an active and self-assured way of taking part in sports activities as part of a unique community.

We keep participants moving with a badass DJ keeping the vibe non-stop with a vast range of musical hits.
