Vision to Action 2026: Career Journeys That Inspire is the Power of Early Vision Foundation's flagship community event, bringing together youth aged 13 and above and the families who support them for a day of real career stories, practical learning strategies, and meaningful connection.
This is not a lecture. It is a conversation between professionals who have walked the path and young people who are just beginning theirs.
What to expect:
- Career Journeys That Inspire: early-career professionals share authentic stories, followed by a guided table reflection and audience question and answer session.
- Effective Learning Strategies and Mental Wellbeing: practical tools for learning and leadership, alongside an honest conversation about mental health and building resilience.
- Engagement and Breakout Sessions: facilitated breakout sessions for youth and parents, including a dedicated space for mental health conversations.

- Youth aged 13 and above exploring career pathways and looking to build confidence and direction.
- Parents and guardians who want to actively support their children's growth and future.
