This event brings together innovators, educators, and creative technologists to share insights, live demonstrations, and insightful perspectives on how Virtual Production and LED Volume technology are transforming the screen industries.
Through exclusive demonstrations, expert industry talks, and a student-led VP broadcast, we’ll dive into how these tools are reshaping workflows, empowering new forms of creativity, and redefining collaboration across film, TV, and live media.
Featuring guest presentations from Simon Withers (Senior Teaching Fellow in Architecture, SOUND/IMAGE Research Centre), Fakhar Raza (Postgraduate Researcher and TEDx Organiser), and industry partners including Mo‑Sys - an award-winning, world-renowned manufacturer of virtual production solutions & camera tracking and robotics for Film, HETV & Broadcast and Target 3D, specialists in delivering cutting-edge 3D technology solutions that empower industries to innovate and thrive.
We’ll conclude with an open discussion on growing our shared ecosystem - exploring how academia, industry, and emerging talent can work together as this field moves from innovation into maturity.
