What I like to do is arrive early,
take a leisurely bikeride or walk between Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, north of North Beach Park of Hollywood, all the way to Dania Beach Pier.
Yoga is with a fantastic group of neighbors & visitors, taking place on nearly every Saturday and Sunday,
under the shade of the Australian Pines, close to the pier @ Dania.
The facilitators are kind, calming, & friendly always guiding with empathy, yet focused on assisting participants to extend the mind, body and spirit. We will look forward to meeting you there.
ALL are welcome, men, women and children. Arrive early for best result and often many of us take a dip afterwards. ** Be sure to pay your parking as soon as you park. I always plan to arrive at least by 8:45 am. #soflo #floridayoga #NurtureYourNature
