We think knowledge is sexy. New vinyl fans, or veteran record collectors are encouraged to learn some basics, get a refresher, or just some clarity on this cool topic.
What is more important, the "needle" or the turntable? Do I need a preamp (and what is it)? Can I rip vinyl? How do I take care of my records?
What's the deal with all these thrift shop vinyl players? Retro tables are "cool", but are they any good?
We have no time for hifi snobs, the enjoyment of music is for everyone.
Join us for some irreverant fun and get any questions you have about vinyl playback answered by someone that has set up turntables of just about every type for fifty (yikes) years.
