Catch a buzz on TUESDAY MORNINGS with *BEGINNER-FRIENDLY* VINYASA FLOW / This weekly class blends mindful movement, breath awareness, and creative sequencing to awaken the body. Expect a steady pace with opportunities to explore deeper variations, build strength and balance, and refine alignment. We will move through sun salutations, dynamic standing poses, playful transitions, and gentle backbends, finishing with restorative stretches and a grounding savasana.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Tess Hua has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. Tess' style of teaching is inspired by the modalities of all of the incredible yogis that they have learned from throughout years of practice, including vinyasa, hatha, kundalini, and pilates. They think of themselves as a guide rather than a teacher, believing that yoga practitioners are their own teachers, understanding their body's capabilities better than anybody else. Tess offers an experience for those wanting to step outside of the decorum of typical yoga classes, encouraging questions, concerns and laughter. While being respectful to the origins of yoga, they try to create an accessible and relatable space by using contemporary language and music.
When Tess is not enriching their life through yoga, they are spending time with their amazing wife, Jenny and two adorable children, Jimi and Joni, enjoying all of the quintessential PDX pastimes: hiking, biking, listening to live music and generally being a creative.
