About this Event

Vita Fortis: Stride is a small-group performance running programme designed to improve 5K performance and build the engine required for HYROX and hybrid endurance training. Contact me to book your free trial!
Sessions are coached, structured, and progressive — focused on helping you run more efficiently, manage effort, and perform under fatigue.
Each week is split across two distinct sessions:
Tuesdays – Engine & Speed
A structured running session focused on pacing, intervals, and efficiency. Designed to improve your 5K performance, build aerobic capacity, and develop control over your effort.
Thursdays – Performance Under Fatigue
A more intense running session designed to challenge your ability to maintain pace, form, and control under fatigue. Built to achieve 5km PB’s and improve performance for HYROX-style racing.
Sessions are delivered in a small group, allowing for coaching, feedback, and progression over time.
This is not a casual run club. Stride is a focused training environment for those looking to improve with intent. Sessions are intentionally capped at 12 to maintain coaching quality, session atmosphere & individual attention.
