AfBC Event Refund Policy

Due to planning requirements and administrative costs, the following terms and conditions apply:

  • A full refund will be issued if the event is cancelled or rescheduled by AfBC.
  • A 75% refund will be granted for cancellation requests made 4 weeks or more before the event.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 4 weeks of the event.
  • No refunds will be provided to international delegates who have been issued a visa invitation letter or have received a visa refusal.
