About this Event
Join us this Veterans Day as we ride to some of Indianapolis’ most significant monuments and memorials, connected by the Indianapolis Cultural Trail, to celebrate the city’s rich military history and honor those who have served. This FREE, approximately 4-mile ride will depart from the Indianapolis Cultural Trail headquarters (132 W. Walnut St. Indianapolis, IN 46204) at 1 PM and will be casually paced with several stops. Ride highlights include the American Legion Mall, Soldiers & Sailors Monument, Medal of Honor Memorial, Military Park, 9/11 Memorial, USS Indianapolis Memorial, and Glick Peace Walk.
Veterans, families and community members are all welcome. Bring your own bike or use a Pacers Bikeshare bike. We will have a limited number of free Pacers Bikeshare bike for this ride; register to reserve a bike. Pacers Bikeshare offers a variety of adaptable bikes that can be reserved for those unable or uncomfortable on a traditional two wheel bike. Adaptive bike reservations must be made by November 10. Ride is FREE, registration is encouraged.

Info: We will gather at the Indianapolis Cultural Trail headquarters. Bikes and helmets for anyone who reserved one will be provided. Those bring their own bike will be able to do any last minute gear checks.
