Brandon Faust
Wayfinders
Brandon Faust is passionate about helping individuals and organizations discover their purpose and create meaningful impact.
He is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Wayfinders, a nonprofit focused on helping people discover and activate their purpose, and Co-Founder and Partner at Switchback, an Indianapolis-based company dedicated to unlocking organizational potential.
Brandon was recently appointed CEO of Stars of Honor, an organization that partners with universities and athletic programs to provide underserved youth with opportunities to attend sporting events while promoting character development and positive life experiences.
With a Master’s Degree in Leadership and experience as an adjunct professor, Brandon brings a passion for leadership development, community engagement, and social impact. His mission is to equip everyday leaders to discover their purpose and create positive change in the world. Brandon lives in the Indianapolis area with his wife, Lisa, and their three children.
