A wellness and Resource Retreat: Honoring our Veterans 🇺🇸
Join us for an evening dedicated to movement, contrast therapy, mindfulness, and community as we honor our service members. Whether you stay for the full evening or drop in when you can, this experience is designed to restore both mind and body.
Event Details:
🗓️ Date: November 12th
⏰ Time: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Opening and Welcome at 5:00 PM — but come when you can!)
📍 Location: South Milwaukee Yacht Club - 101 Marshall Ave, South Milwaukee, WI 53172
Approximate Schedule of Events:
5:00 PM: Arrival & Welcome
5:30 PM – 6:30 PM: Yoga 🧘
6:30 PM – 7:30 PM: Open Mat Jiu-Jitsu 🤼
7:30 PM – 8:00 PM: Guided Meditation 🧘♀️
6:30 PM – 9:00 PM: Continuous Hot & Cold Contrast Therapy (Wood-Fired Saunas & Cold Plunges) 🥵 🥶
What to Bring:
Water Bottle
Yoga mat
Jiu-jitsu gi or rashguard (if participating in open mat)
Swimwear for sauna & cold plunge
Towel (or two!)
Change of clothes (think warm clothes)

Parking: There is parking available at the Yacht Club, or at Grant Park Beach (southern end of lot and walk across the path and bridge.)
