Verse & Voice returns for its third installment, bringing together four talented Seacoast singer-songwriters for an intimate evening celebrating the art of original music.Join us on Saturday, November 21, at WSCA's Button Factory Stage in Portsmouth as Darien Castro, Rich Amorim, Mac Brooks, and Molly McKeon take the stage to share their songs, their stories, and the inspiration behind their music.
Unlike a traditional concert, Verse & Voice puts the focus on the songwriter. Through stripped-down performances and personal storytelling, audiences are invited to experience the music in its most authentic form, where lyrics, melodies, and the stories behind them take center stage.
From heartfelt ballads to thoughtful reflections and unexpected musical moments, each artist brings a unique perspective to an evening that celebrates the creativity and diversity of the Seacoast's songwriting community.
Verse & Voice III is produced in collaboration with Portsmouth Public Media, with the support of WSCA Radio and Seacoast Music Scene. Design for Posters and Logo from Kimski Creative.
The evening will be recorded for future presentation through Portsmouth Public Media, allowing these performances to reach audiences beyond the Button Factory Stage.
Whether you're a longtime supporter of local music or simply appreciate the power of a well-written song, Verse & Voice offers a chance to slow down, listen, and connect with the artists behind the music.
Four songwriters. Four unique voices. One evening dedicated to the song.
