Vejen til Erfaring 3.0 is a free, new three-day format for students early in their studies, especially students in the humanities and arts. The programme helps participants look beyond the job titles they already know and connect their competences to a wider range of roles and organisations. Each workshop builds on the previous one: participants start with a career compass, map their competences to unexpected roles, turn their ideas into a personal roadmap and finish by interviewing young humanities graduates about the routes they took into working life. The final conversations are recorded and edited into a free online series.
Participation is free and includes snacks.
