A Liwetan-Style Feast
This Friendsgiving, we're doing things a little differently — Indonesian style!
Join us for a festive, plant-based feast inspired by liwetan, a traditional Indonesian communal dining experience where food is beautifully arranged and enjoyed together.
Expect bold flavors, colorful dishes, plenty of sambal, and the warmth of gathering around a table with friends, old and new.

Nasi Bunga Telang
Fragrant jasmine rice infused with butterfly pea flowers.
Kol Bunga Bumbu Rujak
Whole roasted cauliflower with aromatic herbs and ginger.
Terong Balado
Whole eggplant with a sweet and savory red pepper sauce.
Jamur Maranggi
Grilled oyster mushrooms with coconut oil, sweet soy sauce, and coriander.
Kangkung Goreng
Crispy fried water spinach.
Tahu Bacem
Tofu marinated in lemongrass, coriander, and palm sugar, then caramelized.
Tempe Sate
BBQ tempeh skewers served with peanut sauce.
Lumpia Semarang
Crispy Indonesian spring rolls filled with bamboo shoots.
Sambal Goreng Kentang
Potatoes and petai (stink beans) in a turmeric coconut curry.
Lawar
Long beans tossed with aromatic spiced grated coconut.

Our signature nonalcoholic drink for the evening is Mulled Apple Cider, infused with warming spices and all the cozy flavors of the season.
Delicious on its own, but also wonderful with sparkling wine, rum, or whiskey!
We'll have a selection of complimentary alcoholic and nonalcoholic spirits available for those who'd like to give their cider a little twist.
And since this is a BYOB jawn, you're more than welcome to bring your favorite bottle to enjoy with dinner!
