You’re invited to this unique 90-minute sound bath to slow down, rest, and receive healing vibrations while immersing into a soundscape of Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Ocean Drum, Harmonium with Vocal Over-toning, and more.
Using the full spectrum of sound and vibration, the brainwaves slow down to cause an involuntary state of deep meditation, which allows the nervous system to reset & the body to go through several self-healing processes ...

Venue: Uphoria Yoga
Parking: There is paid parking on surrounding streets (Quebec, Manitoba), No parking on Broadway between 3 - 7pm. After 7pm there is metered parking.
Entrance: Front door of Uphoria Yoga is off Broadway at 88 E Broadway.
How to Prepare
To ensure you have the most comfortable and transformative experience:
• Bring what you need to feel supported laying down for up to 120 minutes: a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, support for under your knees, eye covers, water, and anything else to help you relax fully.
• Please arrive 15 minutes early to find parking, check in, and settle into your spot. We cannot let you in if you are late once the sound bath has started.
• If you have a cough the day of the event, I kindly ask that you refrain from attending. Coughing can be disruptive to the experience. Please reach out, and we can arrange an alternative.
• There’s no need to print your ticket. Your name will be on the guest list when you arrive.
• Refund Policy: Please note that all ticket sales are final, and refunds will not be provided. However, if you’re unable to attend, tickets are transferable. Feel free to pass your ticket along to a friend or family member to enjoy the experience in your place.
• Follow Sound Quest on and to share feedback or reflect on your experience after the session.
