Urban Blossom is bringing you The Wellness Social | Vol. 1—where day party energy meets whole wellness.
We’re taking over the rooftop at Kava Culture in Frisco for an afternoon of ’90s/2000s R&B + Hip-Hop, movement, games, real conversation, good food, curated vendors, prizes, connection and plenty of vibes.
Pull up in your flyest workout gear, but whether you actually work out is completely up to you.
Our DJ will keep the soundtrack going while you jump into whatever feels good: dance, stretch, get a light workout in, hit the Double Dutch ropes, test your jump-rope skills, join a wellness conversation, shop, eat, connect, or just vibe.
No pressure. No structured workout. No trying to keep up.
Just grown folks having fun while doing something good for the mind, body, spirit + soul.
We’re bringing together wellness professionals, local brands, interactive experiences and community in a way that feels social, culturally familiar and hopefully FUN.
