About this Event
Join Gizelle for an upbeat Friday vinyasa yoga class built around continuous movement, linking each asana with the breath as we create an engaging flow built around linking postures and strengthening our body. A flow will be created in each class that leaves you feeling energised, joyful and full of curiosity and fun. The class closes with a soothing, immersive sound bath and relaxing oils to breath in to lead you into the weekend with a spring in your step.
Join us at Seven Lion Yard in South West London, Clapham, where you can move that body and explore your range of movement. Nestled within a luxurious gated courtyard, our award-winning studio is private, peaceful and fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your flow.
