When was the last time you gave yourself an hour without needing to do anything for anyone else?
Maybe you're looking after the family, supporting your children, worrying about ageing parents, managing the endless to-do list and trying to keep everything ticking along.
You keep going. But perhaps you're feeling tense, finding it difficult to switch off, or realising that somewhere along the way, you've lost touch with what you need.
It's time to make a little space for yourself.
Who Looks After You? is a one-hour guided breath and body experience designed to help you step away from the demands of everyday life, unwind and reconnect with yourself.
During this session, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Take a pause from the pressures and responsibilities of daily life.
- Experience the power of breathwork to support releasing tension and feeling calm.
- Notice where you might be holding tension in your body.
- Be guided on a meditation for relaxation.
Give yourself permission to rest, without feeling you need to earn it.
There is nothing to achieve in this space, and no expectation to share personal experiences. You'll be gently guided through the session at your own pace, with choice throughout.
You don't need any previous experience of breathwork. Just come as you are.
This hour is for you.
For the women who are always there for everyone else, this is an opportunity to turn some of that care towards yourself.
What to bring:
- Yoga mat - please let me know if you do not have one
- A cosy blanket
- A pillow or cushion for extra comfort
- A bottle of water
