About this Event
The Worshipful Company of Constructors invites you to an event on supporting employment for women with lived Pr*son experience. Promoting diversity and skills development in the built environment is women comprise just 4% of the Pr*son population, they have far fewer training and job opportunities, while the construction industry faces significant skills shortages.
Inpartnership with The Glasshouse CIC, which provides horticultural training at East Sutton Park Pr*son and plant-care jobs in London, we will explore how meaningful work and stable housing rebuild lives and strengthen communities.
