About this Event
The brain you wake up with is not the same brain you go to bed with each day. It changes based on your thoughts, actions, and movements. This means you have the power to improve your brain and nervous system function, regardless of the brain you were genetically given at birth or now have as a result of injury.
This presentation will be an engaging introduction to neuroplasticity — what it is, how it works, and simple ways you can start applying it in everyday life.
