What we’ll do together
We’ll begin with a sound bowl moment and guided meditation, followed by a welcome and opening reflection. Then we’ll share why United Nations Day and Domestic Violence Awareness Month matter to our communities.
Community voices from participating locations will bring their perspectives to the conversation. Together, we’ll explore what healthy relationships look like, how to recognize signs of domestic violence, and how violence can affect individuals and families. Participants will have space to listen, reflect, and share ideas about how we can support safer, healthier relationships in our communities.
We’ll close with reflections and gratitude. The program runs from 1:11 to 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time; please join the Zoom room at 1:00 p.m.
