Union Rescue Mission’s 7th Annual Over the Edge

Union Rescue Mission’s 7th Annual Over the Edge event invites thrill seekers, community champions, churches, families, teams, and supporters from across Los Angeles to come together for an unforgettable experience with life changing impact.

Following a $75 registration fee, participants commit to fundraising $1,000 to support people and families experiencing homelessness, for the opportunity to rappel 25 stories down the side of the Universal Hilton Hotel. If the amount isn't reached, attendees agree to cover the remaining difference. More than a thrill, it is a chance to turn courage into compassion and help their unhoused neighbors move toward safety, healing, stability, and the way home.

87 cents of every dollar raised supports life transforming programs and services, and every contribution helps create new beginnings for people and families across Los Angeles.
