About this Event
Anxiety can affect young people in many different ways — from school pressures and social stress to the changes that come with growing up.
This friendly, down-to-earth group workshop offers practical tools to help teens understand what’s happening, reduce worry, and feel more in control.
Together we’ll:
• Explore how anxiety shows up in thoughts, feelings, and behaviours
• Learn simple, effective techniques to calm the body and mind
• Build confidence, self-awareness, and healthy coping habits
• Strengthen communication between teens and parents
