Understanding Self-Esteem

Low self esteem can impact all of us in various stages of life and can be extremely debilitating for many people.

Acting Out delivers a performance based workshop, bringing to life a person’s struggle with his low self esteem. The workshop presents a scenario, designed to highlight the conflict that a person has when he is alone with his thoughts and how lonely he finds himself when he is trapped in his negative self appraisal. A second scenario will suggest ways of how the character can gain control over his thoughts and begin to find some compassion for himself.
