Join Kim in a safe & inclusive environment for gentle movement that will help improve awareness of your pelvic floor. You’ll also learn how and why the pelvic floor functions, and the overlap between your pelvic floor health & sexual wellness and pleasure.

Class is free to sign up for, and will be pay-what-you-can (no one turned away for lack of funds) with proceeds going mutual aid, and anti-ICE organizations.

Cancellation Policy: Funds for booked classes are used by the teachers and studio/shop to purchase tools and materials for each participant. For this reason, and to pay our instructors fairly and predictably, we cannot offer refunds for cancelled class reservations.
