All ages are welcome, and admission is free.In 1986, the theater company Teatro Nuestro was formed in Eugene by local activists. With the help of El Teatro Campesino director Luis Valdez and musical group, Sandunga, the company toured farm fields and migrant camps in five western states with plays focusing on the dangers of pesticides. The plays were performed with humor and satire, and for many farm workers it was their first time seeing live theater. The company gave over 100 performances from 1986-1991.
