About this Event
Maybe you don’t know exactly what you need. You just know you could use some space.
When you spend a lot of your time taking care of everyone and everything else, it can be hard to hear yourself over the noise of everyday life.
Uncharted Waters is a small, two-part retreat for women who are ready to step away from the routine, get outside, connect with other women, and make a little room for themselves.
Saturday, October 3rd, 6-8pm @ Elevate Coworking:
We’ll begin Saturday evening at Elevate Coworking with a small-group experience led by Personal Growth & Mindset Coach Jen Carter. Through reflective exercises and conversation, you’ll have a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin exploring what you want more of in this season of your life.
Sunday, October 4th, 8am-12pm, Sharks Tooth Island & Keg Island:
Sunday morning, we’ll trade four walls for open water.
Wilmington Outdoor Adventures founder and experienced kayaking guide Kay Lynn Hernandez will lead us on a guided kayaking adventure to Shark Tooth Island, where we’ll spend time exploring and hunting for shark teeth.
From there, we’ll paddle to Keg Island, where Jen will guide you through reflection, clarity, and connection against one of Wilmington’s most beautiful natural backdrops. You’ll explore what you’re seeking in life, what may be getting in the way, and create intentional steps that can begin moving you toward more of what you want.
This isn’t about having everything figured out.
It’s about giving yourself enough space to breathe, have some fun, connect, and perhaps hear something you haven’t been able to hear in the middle of everyday life.
