The Dates and Times
Saturday, February 27, 2027 · 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM
The opening night. Three hours of full performance energy. Afrobeats fills the galleries as guests arrive. Four emerging Black crafters present their installed work throughout the museum. Spoken word takes the stage as the evening deepens. The night closes with the room locked in, charged, and connected around African restoration.
Sunday, February 28, 2027 · 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
The closing afternoon. Four hours of reflection, craft, and ceremony. Crafter conversations anchor the early hours. Spoken word closes the afternoon and sends Black History Month out with an African charge that carries into March and beyond.
