Join us for an interactive discussion on ultra processed food - what is it and what does it mean for our health?
About this Event

What is ultra processed food (UPF), and what is it doing to our bodies and our health? More than half of our diet in the UK is now ultra processed. These foods are often cheaper and more convenient, but are we paying a hidden price for that convenience? What do parents need to know about UPFs in their children's diets?

When the cost-of-living crisis is forcing some families to choose between food and heating, is worrying about ultra processed foods a luxury for the health-conscious, or can we make changes that improve everyone’s health? Discover how communities in Preston are already working together to increase access to varied and nutritious food for everyone.
