U Gd girl: Boddy Oddy Oddy!

This werkshop is an opportunity for you to express yourself in front of the camera in all of your gorgeous glory in a safe welcoming space. You will be snapped by our amazing photographers (on film and digital so you'll be coming away with a lot of gorgeous shots!)

And we are beyond excited to announce that the event will be co-hosted by the icon Sadie Sinner!

Sadie Sinner the songbird is a creative force and creator of the cocoa butter club and the black burlesque school as well as facilitating workshops on reclaiming and redistributing the narrative of racially, gender and sexuality othered 'people'.

Her amazing expertise in movement and performance makes her the perfect co-host who will guide you through simple tricks and creative ways to get the perfect pic!

Come dressed in what makes you feel sexy (that can be lingerie, PJ’s or jeans and a plain tee) it’s whatever makes YOU feel at YOUR best! We’ll have different set ups around the studio and will break the group up into smaller groups to talk through feelings towards photoshoots whether it’s feeling shy, awkward or not knowing what to do with your hands (yep, don’t worry we’ve got you!). We’re here to be your cheerleaders and make sure you come away feeling absolutely divine in these photos.

We will begin the session in classic U Gd Girl style, discussing the themes around the werkshop which will include body image, confidence and common (maybe not so positive) feelings around having your photo taken. We will work through solutions and share stories on how to overcome these and then put them to work in front of the camera!

This is a safe space for you to explore all the ways you are beautiful and come away with some baddie photos! All you need to do is come with openess!

Whether you’re a novice or a fully fledged photoshoot queen, it doesn’t matter - this is for you.
