Let’s celebrate the coming of fall and the holiday season with a nice zen session of yoga with the animals!Join us on November 20th from 5–6 PM at the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire (ARLNH) for a special yoga class designed for tweens and teens ages 10–14! This class is an adaptation of our popular adult session and includes time with some of our adoptable pets.
The class will be led by an instructor from Let's Play & Namaste and will feature a fun fall theme, so feel free to come dressed in your best festive fall attire! In addition to yoga, participants will enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour of the shelter and learn more about ARLNH’s role in the community.
No yoga mat? No problem, we’ve got you covered!
