If your Scout is looking for a camporee that's bigger, louder, more challenging, and packed with adventure, Turtle Trek is the weekend they've been waiting for.Hosted by Tulpe Lodge's Order of the Arrow, Turtle Trek brings together hundreds of Scouts from across the region for a high-energy weekend filled with competition, action, and experiences you won't find at a typical camporee. This isn't about sitting through classes or practicing basic camp skills. It's about getting out there and doing.
What Scouts Can Expect:
* Target sports
* Hands-on experiences led by military, environmental, historical, nautical, and Scouting organizations
* Scout-led competitions and challenges designed to test patrol * * teamwork and problem-solving
* A weekend surrounded by Scouts from across the council
* Evening entertainment featuring a live band and two large-scale campfire shows
Turtle Trek is designed to give Scouts the freedom to lead, participate, and grow in a safe, structured environment. The event is staffed and run by experienced Order of the Arrow youth leaders and partners who create a full weekend of programming that keeps Scouts engaged from start to finish.
For Adult Leaders:
No need to spend months creating a camporee schedule. Set up camp, support your Scouts, and let the program team handle the activities. Turtle Trek is known for being one of the most organized and engaging weekends on the Scouting calendar.

Camp Norse can accommodate only 30 Scouts BSA troops, and registration is first come, first served. Once all troop sites are filled, registration closes.
