Turn down the noise, turn up connection: join a Gen Z-focused community run empowered by lululemon, Rituals, and the Z Zurich Foundation.
About this Event

Don’t ask for help. Don’t be too eager. Don’t be cringe…

Sound familiar? That’s Inner Noise – everything we absorb from feeds, group chats, other people’s opinions – and when it gets too loud, it can get in the way of connecting with others.

Turn Down the Noise is the first campaign from the UNICEF-led Global Youth Mental Health Coalition, co-created with Gen Z. It’s about learning to recognize the noise, turn it down, and turn up the part of you that wants to reach out.

One way to turn down the noise is through movement, especially with others. Running, stretching, breathing, and moving alongside your community is one of the simplest ways to build connection… Whether it's your first run club or your hundredth. Bring a friend or come on your own. There's no perfect way to show up.

Join us on 7 October from 18:00 to 20:00 in Plaza Pablo Ruiz Picasso, Tetuán, Madrid, for an evening of movement and connection. A 5km community run led by lululemon Running Ambassador Clara Ciudad, followed by a breathwork activity led by Rituals Mind Oasis Ambassador Couro Seck.
