Join Find Community Connection Project (FCCP) for our 4th Annual Turkey Giveaway & Community Resource Day, a free community event created to support families, connect neighbors with resources, and bring the community together ahead of Thanksgiving.
This year, FCCP is creating more than a traditional food giveaway. Families will be able to connect with community organizations, service providers, local businesses, volunteers, and community partners while accessing helpful resources and support in one welcoming space.
Guests may receive turkeys, Thanksgiving food, community resources, coats, essentials, family support, and other services, based on availability and while supplies last.
Community Attendee – Free
This ticket is for families and community members attending the event.
Attendee Hours:
2:00 PM–5:00 PM
Guests may arrive at any time during the event window. Registration helps FCCP plan for attendance, but registration does not guarantee specific items. Food, coats, resources, and other giveaways are available while supplies last.
Volunteer – Free
This ticket is for individuals and groups who would like to support the event.
Volunteers may assist with setup, registration, food distribution, guest support, vendor assistance, resource distribution, cleanup, and other event needs.
Volunteer Hours:
9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Volunteers may arrive beginning at 9:00 AM. Specific assignments and additional instructions will be shared by the FCCP team.
Vendor – Bring Your Own Table | $25
This ticket is for businesses, nonprofits, community organizations, service providers, schools, healthcare organizations, and other groups that would like to participate as a vendor or resource partner.
This registration includes your reserved vendor space. You must bring your own table and chairs.
Vendor Setup: Begins at 9:00 AM
Latest Vendor Arrival: 1:00 PM
Vendor Participation: Through 4:00 PM
Vendors are encouraged to bring information, resources, promotional materials, giveaways, or services that would benefit families and community members.
Vendor Fee: $25
Vendor registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by FCCP.
Vendor – Table & Chair Provided | $50
This ticket is for vendors and resource partners who would like FCCP to provide their setup.
Your registration includes a reserved vendor space, table, and chair.
Vendor Setup: Begins at 9:00 AM
Latest Vendor Arrival: 1:00 PM
Vendor Participation: Through 4:00 PM
Vendors are encouraged to bring information, resources, promotional materials, giveaways, or services for attendees.
Vendor Fee: $50
Vendor registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by FCCP.
Community Partner / Sponsor
Organizations and businesses interested in supporting the event through resources, products, volunteers, services, sponsorship, or another type of partnership are encouraged to connect with FCCP.
We welcome opportunities to collaborate with organizations that want to help us create a meaningful Thanksgiving experience for local families.
What to Expect
The day will include Thanksgiving food distribution, community resources, coat and essentials distribution, family-support services, nonprofit and business resource tables, volunteers, and opportunities for families to connect with local organizations.
Our goal is to create a welcoming community experience where families can access support, connect with resources, and enjoy a meaningful day together.
Important Information
All food, coats, supplies, giveaways, and services are available while supplies last. Registration does not guarantee a turkey or any specific item.
