An 11-week journey of returning to yourself, with each Tuesday unfolding through a different theme inspired by the rhythms of nature and the wisdom of the body.
From grounding, softening and emotional release to self-compassion, inner stillness and wholeness, each gathering weaves together gentle somatic movement, conscious breathwork, guided meditation, aromatherapy and the resonant sounds of crystal singing bowls and gong.
Every week offers a new space for exploration, remembrance and deep rest. Each Sound Ritual is a complete experience in itself, whether you join us for a single evening or journey through the entire season.

Location: Myk Studio, Nesttun, Bergen
Drop-in: 399 NOK per session
Seasonal Pass: Available, shareable with family and friends
What to bring: Comfortable clothing and warm layers. Mats and props are provided.
