Our Tuesday sessions focused on improving running strength, running pacing, endurance and overall fitness.

1) Road Run - 20/20 Boomerang Tempo
2) Long Hill Repeats
3) Traditional Fartlek Session
4) Traffic Lights
5) Road Time Trial
6) Kenyan Hills
7) Mixed Strength
8 ) Paired Hills
9) Trail Sandwich
00) Goat Hills

Weather Policy: It's always the individual athlete's prerogative regarding attendance for the outdoor sessions during un-ideal weather. UP Coaching's position is: 'If it's raining we're training and heat we can beat, however if it's hailing we're bailing and lightning is frightening so the run...there's none!'
