About this Event

Life moves fast. Between responsibilities, relationships, stress and the constant demands of everyday life, it's easy to lose touch with how you're really feeling.

Give yourself one evening to stop, breathe and reconnect.

Join Priya Glikman at The Mind Heart Center for Primal Breathwork, an intimate, guided experience designed to help you explore your emotions, release tension and deepen your connection with yourself.

This is more than a breathing session. It's an opportunity to experience the power of conscious breathing, supportive touch and shared energy in a small group of people coming together with a common intention.

What to Expect

Through guided, conscious connected breathing, you'll be invited to move beyond everyday distractions and explore what comes up when you give yourself permission to slow down and feel.

This experience may help you:

  • Release accumulated stress and emotional tension.
  • Explore emotions that are difficult to express.
  • Feel more connected to your body.
  • Create space for emotional clarity and self-reflection.
  • Experience a deeper sense of relaxation and presence.
  • Discover the power of breathing alongside others in a supportive group.

More Than Breathwork: The Power of Touch and Human Connection

Throughout the session, Priya is joined by an additional practitioner to provide personal attention and support.

Together, they guide participants through the breathing experience, offering individualized assistance that may include gentle pressure-point techniques and supportive touch, with your consent.

These techniques are intended to encourage body awareness, support relaxation and help you stay connected to your experience as different physical sensations and emotions arise.

Having two practitioners present allows for more individual attention while maintaining the energy and flow of the group.

Every participant's journey is different. You are encouraged to move at your own pace, and you can decline touch or take a break at any time.

The Power of the Group: Breathe Together, Go Deeper

There's something powerful about breathing together.

When people gather with a shared intention, something special can happen. You may arrive carrying your own stress, emotions or questions, but you don't have to move through the experience alone.

The shared rhythm of breathing, the presence of others and the supportive atmosphere can create a sense of connection that feels different from practicing alone.

As the session unfolds, you'll be invited to explore your own inner experience while feeling supported by the collective energy of the group.

There is no pressure to share your personal story, express a particular emotion or have a specific experience.

Simply come, breathe and discover what unfolds for you.

An Intimate Experience with Personal AttentionOnly 9 Participants. Two Practitioners. One Shared Experience.

This is not a large group class. Every session is intentionally limited to just 9 participants, creating space for personal attention, practitioner support and meaningful human connection.

Guided by Priya Glikman and supported by an additional practitioner, you'll be invited to follow your own breathing journey in a warm, intimate environment.

Whether you're seeking relaxation, emotional exploration or simply a moment to reconnect with yourself, this is your space to pause and turn inward.

No previous breathwork experience is necessary.

Give Yourself This Evening

What would happen if you gave yourself permission to stop doing, stop thinking about everyone else's needs and simply breathe?

One evening. Nine people. A shared intention to reconnect.

Come as you are. Leave your expectations at the door. Allow yourself the time and space to explore what lies beneath the noise of everyday life.

Your breath is waiting. Your space is waiting.

Integration & Sharing

Info: After the breathwork, you'll have time to gently come back into the room, reflect and, if you feel like it, share your experience with the person next to you. You never have to speak. You can simply listen. There's something special about sharing this kind of journey that naturally brings people closer together.

Tea & Stay Awhile

Info: And then... nobody's rushing you out! Stay for a warm cup of tea, talk, laugh and enjoy being around the people you've just shared this journey with. Sometimes the most beautiful connections happen after the breathing ends.
You can stay a little longer if you'd like.
