Join Estudiantina of Melbourne for a special end-of-year celebration honouring two of Rebetiko's greatest icons, Vassilis Tsitsanis and Sotiria Bellou.Their timeless songs helped define the sound of modern Greece, telling stories of love, loss, resilience and hope that continue to resonate across generations. Through powerful performances and rich storytelling, Estudiantina brings their extraordinary legacy to life in an unforgettable evening of Rebetiko.
This concert also marks the close of an incredible year for the ensemble. Throughout 2026, Estudiantina of Melbourne has performed across Australia, released new music, introduced new audiences to the rich traditions of Smyrneika and Rebetiko, and continued to build a vibrant community around this remarkable musical heritage.
