Healthy Relationships | Teen Track
Healthy relationships don’t just happen — they’re built through respect, communication, boundaries, and good choices.
This interactive Real Life Workshop gives young men ages 13–17 a space to talk honestly about what healthy relationships look like, recognize unhealthy behaviors, communicate effectively, and understand the role boundaries and respect play in how we treat others.
Through conversation, real-life scenarios, and hands-on activities, participants will explore topics including communication, respect, boundaries, trust, conflict, and recognizing healthy vs. unhealthy relationship behaviors.
This workshop is designed to be practical, engaging, and age-appropriate — not a classroom lecture.
