About this Event
The Positive Parenting Program is for parents and caregivers of children ages 0–12 who want guidance on supporting their child’s growth. You’ll get practical ideas, connect with other parents, and get support with parenting challenges. Each session runs about 60 minutes plus 30 minutes for questions. All sessions are free.
Seminar 4 topics include:
- Recommendations for the amount of screen time for children.
- Reasons screen time problems can develop.
- Positive parenting strategies to prevent problems with screen time, help children develop healthy screen time habits, manage conflict over screen time, and help children be responsible and safe online.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to parenting. We share straightforward, real-world strategies you can shape around your family’s unique values and needs. When families thrive, kids do too.
