Join Animal Protection Network (APN) for a Silent Auction fundraiser on Thursday, November 5, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The event will take place at Seventh Son Brewing's Sunroom, located at 1101 N. 4th Street, Columbus, OH 43201 (2nd floor). APN is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting Central Ohio’s community cats through Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR). APN believes in ensuring every community cat has medical needs addressed in addition to their spay/neuter and vaccinations to minimize suffering. With local veterinarian shortages and increasing cost of vet care, typical TNVR veterinary costs averaging $150 to $250 per healthy community cat. This year, as of July 2026, APN has assisted 95 cats in central Ohio including 46 females (13 pregnant) and 49 males, and 18 with moderate to severe illness or injuries. We have returned 23 community cats to their colonies with trusted caretakers after vet care. We have put 45 cats in foster homes or our adoption center at PetSmart, Plain City, and have found loving homes for 29 this year. Treating and caring for these numbers of cats really racks up costs for our small nonprofit.

APN's Silent Auction is an evening for animal lovers to bid on items generously donated by local businesses while supporting cats in need, meeting the APN team, and learning about their work.
