Trigger Food Toolkit: How to Handle Your “Once I Start, I Can’t Stop” Foods

You know that moment when you tell yourself “just one” and then somehow you’re halfway through the bag? And to make matters worse, the front of the bag says FAMILY SIZE.

Or when a certain food is in the pantry and it’s literally talking to you from the kitchen. A constant back-and-forth of should I, shouldn’t I, maybe later, okay, just a little.

But then once you start? It feels like the only two options are to eat it all now or throw it out—as long as it’s not there tomorrow.

If you’re exhausted by the guilt and the endless game of “let’s make a deal,” you’re in the right place.

In this interactive workshop, Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach Jordana Edelstein will teach you a simple, step-by-step system for handling the foods you feel out of control around, without relying on willpower, self-control or making them off limits.

So instead of feeling like cookies in the cabinet are a bomb waiting to go off, you can enjoy a few, put a chip clip on the bag, and put it away.

No drama. No mental math. No negotiating.

BRING YOUR FAVORITE SNACK! (Yes we are going to eat 😉)
