Following a precise 23 step protocol, this work supports posture, ease of movement, and relief from common pain patterns.In this two day immersive training, you will learn the full KCR protocol through hands on instruction and guided practice. The structured nature of this work allows you to deliver effective sessions with clarity, confidence, and without strain on your own body.
Upon successful completion, you will become a Certified Kinetic Chain Release® Practitioner, ready to begin offering sessions right away.
