Tree of Life Qi Gong is a soft martial art that equilibrates the life-force and restores balance to the body in order to allow it to heal and at the same time provide it with very soft and continued exercise that is doable by every age group and adaptable to every degree of mobility. Qi Gong also provides peaceful meditation to help with mental health and emotional regulation and discipline. Sensei Unblind has been teaching Judo and Qi Gong for 20 years and is a Black belt and World Master in Judo that is the teacher at Sen Saau Judo Club and also a trained Qi Gong teacher for the Ausar Auset Society.
