TREE (nature) Connection & Communication - Group Session

You’ll learn basic tree anatomy, how to mindfully approach nature and share your presence, practice grounding and earthing, experience direct tree connection, and explore the process of energetic communication.

Come ready to slow down, connect, and experience nature with greater awareness and intention.

All participants are required to review and sign a liability agreement before the session begins. The agreement must be completed before participation.
