This practice weaves together Vinyasa movement, breathwork, meditation, stillness, and full-body awareness to help restore a sense of safety and presence. Each element is thoughtfully layered to support the management of anxiety, hypervigilance, and dissociation, guiding you toward greater grounding and resilience. Our expert instructor will guide you through each pose with attention to alignment and breath, creating a compassionate environment where you can reconnect with your body at your own pace.
