About this Event
An autobiographical one-woman show about a timid, imaginative, and resilient Jewish girl from Kiev, Ukraine, who immigrated to the US and who has always wanted to be an artist – filled with original music and poetry. “Leaving Kiev: Coming Full Circle” is about leaving home we always carry inside. The show addresses such issues as antisemitism, immigration, emotional/physical abuse, and the first heartbreak.
Leaving Kiev: Coming Full Circle, writen and performed by Mila Levine, will be playing at The American Theatre For Actors inside the Beckman Theatre on June 20th. The piece is a part of the Midtown International Theatre Festival.
