This is NOT your regular yoga class! Trap Yoga: Pink Power Flow is a fusion of Vinyasa yoga, body conditioning, sculpting, and dance set to some Trap Music favorites.
Expect a non-stop, high-energy flow that keeps your body moving while building strength, improving mobility, and sculpting, all while having fun. Whether you're a seasoned yogi, a dance lover, or simply looking for a fresh way to move, this class invites you to step outside the traditional yoga box and find your power through movement.
💗 Pink Power Flow is dedicated to honoring breast cancer fighters and survivors and celebrating the strength, resilience, courage, and power of every person impacted by breast cancer.
