Come join me for a high-energy workout session that combines Hip-hop, R&B, & Afrobeats music with cardio dance moves to help you break a sweat and have fun at the same time! Beginner-friendly. No experience is necessary - just come ready to move and groove! This class develops confidence, total wellness, & leadership in a supportive environment that welcomes everyone.
